The Deccan Chronicle. It tries to make all the right noises and strike the right notes, but doesn't really cut it. Question for the author: any reason why Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait don't find a mention in the list of autocratic regimes? Wait, I guess I have my answer:
